Writing

It is very hard to summarize your life as a writer in a pithy statement with orange highlighting.

I’m currently working on an essay collection about bodies, death and dying, grief, pregnancy, Jewish identity, and visual art. I am writing alongside my penpal, Leah Abrams!

My past projects include lyric essay, prose poetry, translations of poetry from Spanish, and dispatches from the West Hills Center for Admirable Management.

Here are a few of my recent pieces of nonfiction you can read online:

Decomposition in Hippocampus (nominated for a Pushcart Prize)

Covering Jim’s Last Period Class While He Goes to Get a Divorce in Prose Online

In the Library Before the Superintendent Calls an Early Release in Unbroken Journal
